30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Intimates & Swimwear

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, intimates, and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene liner and tags are fully intact and the item is unworn.

How to Start a Return

Send us a message through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive untracked returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us and we'll help track it down.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.
