Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you updated by email if so.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on all orders over $50 USD. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 15–30 days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow a few days for the tracking page to show its first scan.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Available shipping options for your address are shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order via our Contact page. Once an order enters processing or ships, we can no longer modify it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 days or your order appears lost, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
